Ask For It was founded in 2014 with the mission to "foster confidence and inspiration in leadership and life." By teaching negotiation skills to teams, organizations, and anyone who needs to ask for more — CEO and Founder Alexandra Dickinson has had a huge impact on hundreds of lives (not to mention, working to close the gender wage gap).

Influencer Response is a "direct-to-consumer, full-service, performance-based, influencer marketing agency." Launched in 2017, they offer a complete solution to create, manage and support virtually every aspect of influencer driven marketing campaign.
Over the course of one week, Lily did a complete overhaul of Influencer Response's entire website — designing a new layout, developing graphics, and conducting market research to differentiate their brand with others in the industry. Steve Comba is a Southern California based artist and museum professional. He received his BA from the College of Creative Studies at UC Santa Barbara and his MFA from Claremont Graduate University. His paintings and drawings have been shown in group and solo exhibitions throughout the southland. In addition to being a practicing studio artist, he has also worked in the museum field for the past 30 years.
Lily developed Steve's entire website from start to finish. They collaborated on the general structure of the website, which Lily then implemented in under three hours. She created distinct image galleries for each of Steve's series and organized all content for optimal user experience. To view the website, click here.
